Later adopted in lightweight cotton indigo for civilian life. Shorter length (above waist) perfect for cyclists or motorcyclists. Two large easy-access slanted patch pockets at chest. One interior patch pocket. Double-needle stitching throughout. Flat-felled seams. Washed and faded to match a vintage sample found in a Paris flea market. Elasticized waistband with extended tab hem.
