- Sleeveless top is sleek and form-fitting; it extends beneath the skirt and has a hook at the waist and back zipper closure
- Chainmaille jacket has underarm cutouts and features arched green sequins surrounding red wooden rings and white beads; plastic silver pieces adorn the neckline, while silver-tone jump rings form the net of the jacket;
- Jacket closes with large spring ring clasps
- Made in France
- Fabric composition unknown; likely silk in addition to sequins, metal, and wood on jacket
Condition
Top
Good condition; there is visible dust and dirt at neckline, which has not yet been treated. The back is fully functional, however, the lower portion was left unzipped and unhooked to protect the piece.
Skirt
Great condition; a few minor stains in areas, which are difficult to see overall. The was waistband also seems to be missing a snap.
Jacket
Fair condition; it has held up well for its age, however, some of the plastic pieces on neckline have broken, altering the shape slightly or hanging in place. Some loss of pigment on sequins and white beads could use a cleaning.
