Winter white petticoat circa 1950s or 1960s. Stiff tulle with one flounce at the bottom hem trimmed in white looks like cotton muslin to me. Ties at the waist with the same trim. No brand label but does have a lot number tag.

Excellent vintage condition. The only things worth noting are wear to the ties ( rom being tied over the years I assume), and one area at the bottom of the waist opening where the tulle has pulled open at the seams. A few stitches would stabilize that. an then a couple small holes round the waist, dime size.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist; Adjustable of course depending on hw tight you tie the ties, but all the way closed its 27" You could get a bit tighter by pulling some of the tulle in or looser.
